In August of 2019

Hatim, Mohan and Vivek met at ‘Perfect Cup’ - a little coffee shop near Miramar beach in Goa. We had a coffee each, some muffins and a conversation about starting Flooid.
In September

Our Company was incorporated. The three of us worked with a band of freelancers to build products. In December, we took up an office space in 91 Springboard in Bangalore and expanded the team with the first couple of hires.
4 Months Later,

The pandemic hit. We all know how that went. Offices shut down forcing us all to go back to working from home. And somehow today, 3 years later, we’re a team of 30+ people with offices in Bangalore and Goa, with a presence across 12 different locations and have worked with 30+ clients.

Although much has changed around, what remains unchanged is we’re still growing and building products that we’re genuinely proud of.

Hatim Kantawalla

Co-Founder

Hatim has 20+ years of experience as an editor, publisher, startup founder, product owner and business head. Prior to Flooid, Hatim was co-founder and chief product officer for multiple start-ups at the same time.
Mohan Krishnan

Co-Founder

Mohan has nearly 30+ years of experience across content, marketing communication, project and product management and business planning.

He has worked with clients such as Microsoft, Sharekhan, Kotak Bank, Yes Bank, HDFC Bank, Sun Pharma among others for their marketing and product requirements. Prior to Flooid, Mohan was co-founder at Prototyze, a venture studio that started five independent startups in areas of fintech, logistics, corporate training, fitness and décor.

At Flooid, Mohan looks at business planning, product planning and specifications, and marketing communication for clients such as Netmeds, Centrum Wealth, ValueQuest, MessageBird, among others.
