Team Leader: UX Design

We’re looking for curious UX Designers with 5-10 years of experience:

Your portfolio of ‘real’ work done for ‘real’ clients should be exhaustive and outstanding across mobile and web.
Must be able to define problems, create IAs, Wireframes and prototypes for large, complex projects
You should be proficient with the tools of our trade (Whimsical, Figma, Photoshop and their equivalents) to create visual design and clickable prototypes. Micro animation on After Effects is a plus.
Your communication should be prompt, to the point and frequent. You should also clearly be able to articulate your solutions and design decisions to key stakeholders and clients.
You should have the inclination to coach, mentor and guide 4-6 junior designers.
You should be self managed and a professional. Don’t make us ping you for updates like ‘what happened to that thing you were supposed to do?’ or worse ‘we are all waiting for you to join that call
